The winners of Paint Out Flagler Beach 2010 will be announced at a public reception at the Gallery of Local Art at 208 S. Central Avenue from 6:00-8:00pm. The works created during the weeklong plein air event will be on display and judges will discuss the criteria for their selections. The reception is free and open to the public.
